A Seven-Week Journey in Integrative Therapies for Lasting Health & Vitality

The purpose of our seven-week course is to ignite curiosity and cultivate a deeper understanding of holistic health. Through this journey, participants will explore the intricate energies of the body, uncovering the profound connections between physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By the end of this course, attendees will be equipped with the knowledge and practices to not only enhance their health but also maintain a harmonious balance within their body, mind, and spirit.

We’ll explore the fascinating realm of functional nutrition and functional testing, equipping you with the knowledge to optimize your well-being. Furthermore, we’ll dive into detoxification methods, emphasizing the importance of cleansing your body and mind. But that’s not all – movement and motility methods will empower you to cultivate physical vitality, while our self-care practices will nurture your emotional and mental wellness. Together, we will embark on a transformative journey towards better health and a more balanced life. Let’s get started!

Week 1:
Intention Setting

Intentionality is one of our most personal, and powerful human characteristics. We'll explore how intention setting acts as a powerful compass, guiding actions, and decisions, toward meaningful goals.

Week 2:
Detoxification

Do you know where toxins come from, what they do in your body, and how to release them? Learn to leverage this formidable process to eliminate harmful toxins, bolster over-all health, and enhance organ function, that promotes vitality from the inside out.

Week 3:
Movement

"Where there is free flow, there is no pain, where there is pain, there is no free flow." We test, explore, and discuss the physical, mental, emotional, and social benefits of movement and how movement serves as the life/blood of our vitality and wellness.

Week 4:
Chinese Medicine

Understand the power of Yin and Yang and the 5 elements. On this day we'll also explore the interconnectedness of body mind and emotion in Chinese Medicine.

Week 5:
Nutrition

Nutrition serves as the cornerstone of well-being, with anti inflammatory and functional nutrition plans playing pivotal roles in supporting over all health.

Week 6:
Functional Testing

Functional testing is a crucial tool in unraveling the intricate tapestry of health, enabling a targeted approach to identify the root causes of dis - ease.

Week 7:
Implementation

Throughout the course, goals and intentions have been discussed. We've shared a lot and today we move forward. On this day we set our intentions and implement support channels to help us through this period of growth.
